announced the signature of a distribution agreement with Japan-based Network
Technology Co., Ltd.. Under the terms of this agreement, Network Technology
will sell, distribute and support AwoX middleware solutions for networked
audio/video applications in Japan.

Network Technology Co., Ltd, is a leading provider of network middleware
for embedded systems in the Japanese market. The company has over 10 years
experience in the sales and support of Web browser and IP middleware to
world-leading Japanese consumer electronics manufacturers. Network Technology
