Aptilo and Redline Collaborate on Mobile WiMAX Solutions

Aptilo Networks, the global leader in pre-integrated solutions for
Service Management and Access Control for wireless networks including
WiMAX(TM), wireless mesh and Wi-Fi hotspots, and Redline Communications Group
Inc. ("Redline") (TSX and AIM: RDL), the leading provider of WiMAX and
broadband wireless infrastructure products, announced today that the two
companies have entered into a global technology agreement to utilize Aptilo's
service management and access control solutions in Redline's RedMAX 4C(TM)
Mobile WiMAX deployments worldwide.
The joint solution will incorporate Aptilo's WiMAX CSN System(TM), the
market's first pre-integrated wireless broadband data and voice services
solution for standards compliant mobile WiMAX authentication, authorization
and accounting (AAA); policy management and service control with Redline's
RedMAX 4C Mobile WiMAX products based on the 802.16e-2005 standards for
Mobile WiMAX. Aptilo and Redline are jointly pursuing deployment
opportunities in the Philippines, Latin America, Saudi Arabia and South
Africa.
The RedMAX 4C Mobile WiMAX family, which includes the WiMAX Forum
Certified(R) RedMAX 4C RPM subscriber unit, supports a wide range of fixed,
portable and mobile wireless services including voice and video services. The
RedMAX 4C Mobile WiMAX platform includes the highest capacity base station on
the market supporting up to 512 users per sector controller and is designed
to enable operators to maximize the reach and customer density required for a
profitable carrier business model.

Aptilo's WiMAX CSN System is a flexible, multi-access (WiMAX/Wi-Fi)

versatile AAA, policy management and service control solution for Mobile
WiMAX and Wi-Fi network services, with support for prepaid data and Voice
over IP (VoIP) services. The integrated data and voice services solution
provides authentication, authorization and accounting through multiple
authentication types and enforces Quality of Service (QoS) and service flow
profile parameters for users, devices and services.
