Morrisons New Website Film Follows Apples From Tree to Store

LONDON, October 10 /PRNewswire/ -- Did you know that Morrisons is the only major supermarket that sources
and packs fruit and vegetables straight from British farms? The supermarket
has released a new film that follows the journey of Bramley and Cox apples
from tree to store. It features Jonathan Hooper, Morrisons' apple buyer, who
works closely with farmers to get the apples in-store when they are best in
season.

"Morrisons has totally supported our company by agreeing to take all our
quality apples. In return we have agreed to supply Morrisons exclusively,"
says Nicholas Dunsby, whose family company, Cotswolds orchards has been
growing apples for over 50 years.

The film also highlights that fresh British apples are used to in-store
to prepare Morrisons apple and pork stuffed pork loin for the perfect Sunday
lunch as well as delicious Bramley apple pies.
