TapRoot Systems and Azimuth Systems to Demonstrate Joint Automated Test Engine Solution at Symbian Smartphone Show in London

SYMBIAN SMARTPHONE SHOW -- TapRoot Systems, Inc., a leading developer of

their leading automated Wi-Fi test engine running on a dual-mode (cellular
and wireless LAN) mobile phone at the Symbian Smartphone Show in London from
October 21-22, 2008.

The TapRoot Wireless LAN Automated Test Client, running in conjunction
with Azimuth's ADEPT(TM) hardware platform and Certification software, will
streamline the Wi-Fi Alliance(R) Certification process for dual-mode mobile
phone vendors, providing time-to-market and carrier-grade proven capability
benefits. The Wireless LAN Automated Test Client supports a wide variety of
Wireless LAN chipsets and major mobile phone operating systems including:
Symbian(R) OS, Microsoft(R) Windows Mobile(R) and Linux(R) Mobile.

Azimuth's AzCert(TM) Wi-Fi Certification Test Suite for Test
Engine-enabled devices, which includes the ADEPT Capture Engine, is used
by Wi-Fi Alliance Authorized Test Laboratories to streamline the
Certification process for a broad range of products. This includes devices
with embedded Wi-Fi connectivity such as phones, handheld games and MP3 
players and standard Wi-Fi equipment such as notebooks and network cards. 
Wi-Fi vendors can use the AzCert solution to pre-test their devices and can 
use the Test Engine methodology for performance testing of their products.

The Wireless LAN Automated Test Client and services such as
application-specific device test plan authoring and pre-testing for Wi-Fi
Alliance Certification are currently available from TapRoot. The AzCert Wi-Fi
Certification Test Suite for Test Engine-enabled devices is currently
