eMeter, a global leader in clean energy technology, has announced that
leading Advanced Meter Infrastructure (AMI) technology company, Iskraemeco
Ltd, has agreed to participate in its IntegratedMDM program.

IntegratedMDM program highlights the value of close cooperation and future
interoperability between an independent meter data management system (MDMS)

This program formalizes the long-term working relationship that eMeter
has enjoyed with these industry leaders. Under the program, Iskraemeco
independently agrees to cooperate in the integration of its AMI technology
with eMeter's EnergyIP software.

The eMeter IntegratedMDM program consists of the following elements:

(1) Interoperability. The parties ensure that eMeter's MDM will
interoperate with the participating AMI technologies.

(2) Independence of MDM and AMI Systems. The parties recognize the
advantage that an open, independent MDM offers utilities that can select from
the participant's offerings now and in the future.

(3) Integration Planning. The program includes ongoing development
cooperation and release planning between eMeter and the AMI companies
covering existing and future functionality.
