HomeTV to Sign Contract With Sweden's TV4 and SVT TV Channels
ZUG, Switzerland, September 13 /PRNewswire/ -- Swiss Hawk AG is pleased to announce that its portfolio company
Horsecreek Entertainment AB ("HomeTV"), after a record breaking wave of
increasing monthly sales of streamed film content during the past seven
months through its websites (+90%) is now about to make agreements with
Sweden's two largest TV stations for distribution of their VOD content. For
both Svergies Television (http://www.svt.se) and TV 4 (http://www.tv4.se)
content that is released on DVD will be made available on VOD at
http://www.hometv.se.
Furthermore, HomeTV is currently concluding distribution deals with a
number of the largest American film companies and local film distributors.
Today, more than 500 titles are available through http://www.hometv.se. The
new distribution deals are expected to increase the number of available
titles by more than 100% by the end of the year.
During the next four months, HomeTV will advertise its products through a
huge number of promotions, with the objective to increase the number of
website customers by at least 400% before the end of 2007. As a result,
HomeTV management now estimate that its website revenues will increase by
400% during the coming six months.
