BIS Ltd Opens New Tier 3 London Data Centre
LONDON, December 8 /PRNewswire/ -- BIS Ltd., a provider of hosting and global connectivity solutions for businesses and carriers, today announced that the facility purchased earlier this year is now fully operational and open for Business. A 26 week build and upgrade programme was completed on time and under budget. This included the upgrade of the BIS core network to 10Gig to facilitate rapid customer connections to other BIS data centres. This new Data Centre in South East London adds an extra 22,500 square feet of secure and resilient Data Centre space to BIS's portfolio of Data Centres. "Space at Anchorage Point will be available on either a co-location or fully managed basis and to date the demand has been extremely strong," says Raj Bosamia, Commercial Director for BIS Ltd.
