that the channel has ranked Supermicro as the number one x86 server vendor
over HP, IBM, Dell, Sun, Apple and Gateway. As published in the November 24th
issue of CRN (Channel Reseller News), the 2008 Channel Affinity Index, which
is based on the result of 8,000 survey responses conducted with solutions
providers, ranks Supermicro as the top x86 server vendor.

server hardware. HP was a close second with 528, followed by IBM with 499,
Dell 490, Sun 470, Apple 430 and Gateway 381. The score indicates the
channel's confidence in Supermicro products as well as the channel's
recognition of Supermicro as a tier one player in the channel.
