DuPont Titanium Technologies Announces a Price Increase for all Ti-Pure(R) Titanium Dioxide Products in the Middle East and Africa
WILMINGTON, Delaware, September 14 /PRNewswire/ --
DuPont Titanium Technologies today announced a price increase for all
DuPont(TM) Ti-Pure(R) titanium dioxide grades sold in the Middle East and
Africa regions.
Effective Oct. 1, 2007, or as permitted by contract, prices for all
titanium dioxide (TiO2) grades will increase $150 USD per ton in the Middle
East and Africa regions.
This increase is consistent with the global price increase actions
announced previously and being implemented by DuPont. This increase is driven
by the significant increases in raw material, energy and fuel costs, as well
as reinvestment economics to meet future customer needs.
