Mike Read Appointed Senior Vice President and Managing Director, comScore Europe

- Mr. Read to Speak at World Advertising Research Centre's Measuring 
Advertising Performance in London on February 5th

comScore, Inc. (Nasdaq: SCOR), a leader in measuring the digital world, 
today announced the appointment of Mike Read as Senior Vice President and 
Managing Director of comScore, Europe.

The appointment comes on the back of a record growth year for comScore's
international business, including the integration of the European operations
of global mobile measurement leader, M: Metrics, which was acquired by
comScore in June 2008.

Mr. Read has been with comScore Europe since 2004 and brings a wealth of
experience garnered from the media industry. He has been instrumental in
helping comScore grow its international revenues to the point where they
accounted for approximately 15% of comScore's overall sales in 2008. Mr. Read
will now be responsible for all EMEA commercial activities, and will be
presiding over comScore's European offices, which currently include the U.K.
and France, with Germany soon to come.

Mr. Read previously held positions at NetValue and MMXI Europe, and prior
to moving into online audience research was U.K. Managing Director of
international magazine auditing company, BPA International. Mr. Read began
his postgraduate career in U.K. commercial television, working for LWT,
Meridian and TVS Broadcasting.

Mr. Read will be speaking at the World Advertising Research Centre's
Measuring Advertising Performance conference, at the Royal Garden Hotel in
