NetDragon Websoft Inc., a leading game developer and operator in the PRC
("NetDragon", with its subsidiaries collectively known as the "Group"; stock
code: 777), announced that it has signed an agreement with Saigon
Telecommunication & Technologies Corporation ("SaigonTel"), a listed company
in HOSE stock exchange in Vietnam (Symbol: SGT), to license Zero Online in
Vietnam market.

Zero Online is the first 2.5D MMORPG developed in China that is set in a
science-fiction universe with robot avatars. It was well received by players
both in China and overseas market since its launch in April 2007. NetDragon
has already launched the English and Spanish version of Zero Online in
European and American markets, and the traditional Chinese version in Hong
Kong, Macao, and Taiwan. The game was also granted the "Top Ten Most Popular
Online Games among Players" at 2007 Golden Plume Awards.

Of the cooperation with NetDragon, Ms. Dang Thi Hoang Phuong - CEO of
SaigonTel said, "We are glad to cooperate with NetDragon to bring a high
quality online game to Vietnamese players. Zero Online, an online game which
combines an exciting theme, stunning graphics, and fascinating robot elements
