- Orsus Secures Funding and Bolsters Investor, Market Confidence

Orsus(R), the pioneer and innovator in the field of Situation Management,

people, alerting sources and responses, reaffirmed its leading position in
the Situation Management market by acquiring the IP assets of Cinario Ltd.,
an Irish-based leader in Intelligent Operational Risk Management Systems and
recently closing on an investment round.

The acquisition of Cinario provides Orsus with an expanded reach in the
United Kingdom and strengthens its position in the intelligent operational
risk management systems market. Cinario, founded in 2002, has a client list
that includes Tesco, the largest British retailer, ASDA, a subsidiary of the
American retail giant Wal-Mart, Dixons, Johnson Controls, National University
of Ireland and Group 4 Securicor.

Cinario's former Chief Executive Officer, Charlie Sherlock, and Chief
Technology Officer, John Breen, will join Orsus' management team. Orsus is
also currently working towards migrating Cinario's existing customer base
from the Cinario Enterprise Manager software, a workflow management,
integration and monitoring solution, to Situator from Orsus.

leader in our field with a strong US and international dominance. The two

could not have achieved by ourselves in Cinario," said Charlie Sherlock,
Managing Director, Orsus UK. "My coming on board allows me deliver
significant additional business benefits to my Cinario clients through the
use of Situator."

The recent financial investment in Orsus was made by existing internal
investors of the company. The funds facilitated the acquisition of Cinario
and will enable Orsus to further strengthen its growing U.S. operations and
expand business territories in the United Kingdom, South Africa and in
Europe, and invest in research and development of its flagship product,
Situator.

"We are pleased to have the executive management team of Cinario join
Orsus, enabling us to strengthen our presence and expand upon the
