Unite Proceed in Damages for Libel Against The Times

Unite Britain's biggest trade union will today confirm that proceedings
for damages for libel are being issued in the High Court by Derek Simpson
against Times Newspapers Ltd. This is due to a series of libels published in
articles on the front page and pages 24, 25 of The Times dated January 17
2009 and on http://www.timesonline.co.uk
