Samsung Partners with Sandbridge to Develop Next-Gen LTE-capable Platform
TARRYTOWN, New York and SUWON, South Korea, February 16 /PRNewswire/ -- Sandbridge announced today it has partnered with Samsung to develop an LTE capable platform based on Sandbridge's cutting-edge technology. Specifically, Samsung will showcase several LTE devices, including Sandbridge's platform at the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona February 16-19. The LTE communication system is powered by Sandbridge's SB3500 flexible baseband processor -- a multi-core, multi-threaded, dynamically reprogrammable processor.
