WEST BROMWICH, England, September 17 /PRNewswire/ --     NCH (UK) Ltd (a wholly owned subsidiary of NCH Corporation(i))
announced today that Watertreat Ltd, a UK water treatment company based in
Beverley, East Yorkshire, will merge with Chem-Aqua UK, its water treatment
company. Adrian Brayshaw, the owner and managing director, will join the
Chem-Aqua management team.
