Verizon Business Private IP solution for the company's worldwide corporate
communications network. The fully managed solution will connect 50 of
TANDBERG's key sites around the world, helping the company to collaborate
effectively both internally and with its customers, suppliers and partners.

TANDBERG has almost 1,500 employees worldwide, working from dual
headquarters in New York and Norway, and from global offices across Asia,
Australia, Europe, and North and South America. TANDBERG conducts more than
