Pangora Streamlines its Management Structure
KARLSRUHE, Germany and LONDON, April 27 /PRNewswire/ -- Pangora GmbH, the supplier of online marketplace technologies, is to
combine its previous six business divisions into three segments: Portals &
Brands, Shops & Content and Innovation &Technology. As a result, the board of
management will be scaled down from six to three executives and this will be
accompanied by a reduction in staff numbers. In doing so, Pangora will be
streamlining its entire organisational structure. Robin Schönbeck remains as
Managing Director of the German-based technology company.
During the course of the management reorganisation a number of staff
positions will be eliminated. Affected are 16 employees in the Karlsruhe and
London offices. The London office will be closed with its operations being
conducted in future from Karlsruhe. The entire structure of the organisation
will be trimmed down as a result of these measures. Due to the merging of
functions within the company processes and decision-making will become
leaner.

future from greater synergy."
