workshops today at Vision:09 - Clarity's worldwide annual users' conference
at The Walt Disney World Swan Resort, in Orlando, Florida. In opening the

Gartner research director Neil Chandler followed Nashman with a keynote

in those drivers and other performance metrics on strategic corporate goals.
Chandler, who focuses his research on CPM and business intelligence (BI)
