Managed Access Key Systems, which is available exclusively from SitexOrbis.
The intelligent key can be remotely programmed to operate in a number of
properties for certain periods, or deprogrammed if the key is lost with one
call to the SitexOrbis response centre by authorised personnel. The rental
package also includes locks, 24/7 monitoring, eMAKS technicians and on-line
access reports.

Mould eradication

A new consultative service from SitexOrbis provides landlords with
long-term protection from the reappearance of mould - rated as a category one
risk alongside asbestos in the Housing Health and Rating System. As well as
removing visible mould, the three-stage treatment destroys roots beneath the
surface and spores to stop infections spreading. The process is finished with
a fungicidal paint.

Infection control

In another exclusive SitexOrbis has secured the rights to a treatment
that uses a fogging process to vaporise disinfectant Activ8 that is capable
of killing up to 99.9% of known viruses in a room within minutes. Flu germs,
Norovirus, SARS, MRSA, C difficile can all be killed by the vapour which
permeates the air and reaches even difficult to get at surfaces and crevices.
Rooms can be ready to use again in an hour.

Secured by Design Communal Doors

A new partnership arrangement makes PAS23/24 Secured by Design communal
entrance doors made by Newton available through SitexOrbis. Police approved
designs are aesthetically pleasing and suitable for heavy use.
