- A Leading Global Telecom Company Renews Outsourcing Deal

Perot Systems Corporation (NYSE: PER) (http://www.perotsystems.com) has
announced that it has been awarded a three year extension to its current IT
services agreement with the 3 Group, Hutchison Whampoa's 3G mobile telecoms
business. The agreement further strengthens the three year-old relationship
between the two companies, building on Perot Systems' outstanding track
record of meeting its service level agreement objectives. Financial terms of
the contract were not disclosed.

Under the extended agreement, Perot Systems will continue to provide
ongoing maintenance and management of key IT business applications, including
effective knowledge management and solutions in service activation support
for the seven 3G telecommunication operators of Hutchison Whampoa's 3 Group.

Co-ordination of the project will be driven extensively from Perot
Systems' Bucharest, Romania facility as part of the company's global delivery
network of applications, infrastructure and consulting solutions. This
contract demonstrates Perot Systems' continued commitment to the EMEA region
and to providing quality domain expertise and technical talent to the market.
