Realization, the Pioneer in "Execution Management Systems", Begins Operations in France.

CLAMART, France, September 11 /PRNewswire/ -- Based on "Managing uncertainties to boost sales and operations
performance" and an exclusive "Execution Management System" solution,
Realization has earned the trust of many major global players: Boeing, Delta
Airlines, Hewlett Packard, Procter & Gamble, Thyssen Krupp, ABB, Alcatel
Lucent, etc.

Results, presented yearly by customers during Project Flow, Realization
Customer Conference, are there for all to see: Execution Management,
implemented in few months, provides a return on investment within just 1
month, thanks to "incredible" reductions of 25% up to 400% in development and
production cycle times, along with throughput increase. Worldwide, more than
200 customers have adopted Execution Management.

All companies look continuously for improvement of their development and
production lead times in order to improve their competitiveness, to reduce
their cash-flow needs, and to gain a genuine selling advantage.

From Fordism to Lean and Six Sigma, many solutions have been implemented
over the years. Each one of them provided results, although they were often
unable to go beyond the limits imposed by permanent increasing expectations
from customers, and by competitors.

Yet, new solutions exist. For instance, the Theory of Constraints and the
Critical Chain, methods introduced by physicist Dr Eliyahu Goldratt in his
books The Goal and Critical Chain, were recognized as "Best Practices" by the
Project Management Institute (PMI), and thanks to them, the U.S. Air
Force-Warner Robbins Air Base received the Franz Edelman International Award
in 2006, and Boeing Satellite Systems received a TOCICO Excellence Awards in
2009.

Moving from theory to practice, Realization engineers built the Execution
Management System: the only global solution (methodology, project execution
management software, change management) allowing Critical Chain
implementations to complex industrial projects.

To meet French demand, Realization has entrusted Vincent Doblin (ex DGA,
DCN, Renault, Fiat) with the task of developing a subsidiary in France. It is
for this reason that Realization and Vincent Doblin were chosen to speak to
some of the most important French industrial leaders at a conference on the
theme "Ensuring an end to the crisis, towards some practical solutions,"
alongside Patrick Devedjian, the Minister responsible for the
implementation of the Recovery Plan.
