Can the maker or anyone who knows where to get the manual for instructions. Bought this recently, no munal and know how to chk the firmware or do updates online. The socket is not Ethernet connection,instead a rj11 is provided behind the set! Please help! Thanks!

its hard to install, you cant do what you want with this box.

i love it. when i bought it the salesman told me that everyone that bought one, brought it back. they couldnt program it. that made me want it all the more. i have a pansat, viewsat, and a dreambox. the dream is my favorite !!!

It is an amazing piece of technology, and if you keep your eyes open, you may be able to pick one up for about £50-£60.
It will give you one or two problems every year, but if you know what your doing, or if you can get someone to "flash" it for you, it will go back to normal
Also, the picture quality with this box is also amazing, at a resolution of 720x576, the same as ordinary PAL TV.

Purchased from 'Dreamboxmagic.co.uk' Have no idea how to install it to my TV, asked supplier for help, none coming, asked for money back,still wondering, I have shouted 'HELP' Can anyone tell me what to do other than throw over £100.00 in the dustbin?
