Great tool for converting to my portable mp4-player, Philips GoGear Ariaz!
I just drag&drop the files, choose the extension in the dropdown-list, set the video and audio settings - push the "Convert"-button (German version) and the files are always in synch, usable out-of-the-box and playing back smoothly.
