Must say this program is great. There is only one minor problem, the audio is out of sync when they are joined.
Here is my fix.
1. Run VirtualDub and select only the video.
2. Run virtual dub and save only the audio.
3. Open the audio in an editor, at the point where each file is "joined" delete .5 seconds, then save the file.
4. Mux the file video and audio with avimux.
