It gets a good only because it's still pretty much the standard all others are measured by, but what a pain in the $^@# to deal with. What's with the long-running excuse for not including manuals? If M$ can include them in their bloatware, why can't Nero? The setup engine's a little warped too. Choosing "modify" means you can only remove; you have to run the original setup to add stuff.
FYI: the Imagedrive feature will not appear in setup under Vista. It is currently incompatible and there are currently no plans to upgrade it. This is not posted on their site though, one has to fight through their tech support to find this out.
