Software is good, heard that it's trying to connect on the web....

The only thing, for many days, Forum on the web site is not working.
#2 It's free but they don't listen to comments (like every software compagny it's never there fault)

#3 Since build ?? (built 24 was OK) the DIVX convert is not working propelly, work fine on a PC but the DVD player on TV, only sound and it make the DVD player crash some time.

Return to built 24 and voila! same setup, video file play perfect on the DVD player (erightsoft support tell my all kinf of bu!!5hit about config files, that's is not compatible from previous version, that I can't load setup file in new version.... that was not the point! the point is now using the SAME config (not the file) the resulting file is not playing... they just don't listen !! and I was not the only one complaining about that... never we got the answer...

#3 I install the latest build 35, thinking that maybe they fix the bug, convert about 40-50 files copy them to DVD and they still don't play... now your thinking ... what a dumb A55 not to test it before !! I did... copy episode 13 to 22 of prison break S04... listen to the first 2 files, work fine !! when I didi that, I convert all the other files.... to discover that the first 2 files was convert using build 24... and all the other one after with build 35 !! all those files are not playing !!

So in conclusion, before getting a free software with no support, better know what your doing !!
