Forget the responses posted below . . . I have been using Paint.Net for well over 2 years now and I can report that this is an excellent image and photo manipulation program (think PhotoShop)with absolutely no hidden spyware, spamware or adware whatsoever.

Dear Mr. Movies . . .the reason you were not able to move your slider to a different position on the video was because you were probably playing the streaming video FLV rather than downloading completely it first and playing it off your computer.

If you download the file first rather than simply watching it on-line you will be able to move to any point in the video you would like.

VLC is really an excellent multimedia player in all regartds.

This tool worked perfectly for me to verify that my computer system was free from any malicious software.

I installed IE8 and it locked up my XP Pro computer (blue screen of death). I had to go in to the safe mode and use system restore to get my PC running again. I re-installed IE7 and will continue to use Firefox as my main browser.

Contrary to what the previous entry states . . . Picasa 3 can be very easily set to just display the photo files you wish by clicking "tools" and then selecting "folder manager".

Simply "select" or "deselect" the folders you want Picasa 3 to display and you are done. Its that simple!
