Unfortunately file DivX521ME98.exe is NOT version 5.2.1 BUT is really version 6.2.2 so is NOT compatible with Win98 or ME !!!
If you want DivX for Win98 this is not the one to download.
If AfterDawn could find the correct version that would be great!
