I managed to get the serial number for this programme as I previously owned Nere 9 but I started having problems with it, and even after a lot of e-mails to and from Nero didnt get it sorted, so they let me have the serial number for this. I can only give it 1 star as its extremely slow and and not as straightforward as Nero vision in the Nero 9 programme it took over an hour and still hadnt finished doing a half hour programme, and getting proper instructions is a nightmare. I will stick with my 3 Heroes AVI to DVD converter its not as slow as this version of Nero. sorry Nero this programme is very disappointing.

I downloaded this, and its really good transcoded quickly and I even added chapters to it, I havent purchased it yet as I am waiting for a refund from another company, but when I do get it I will definitely be buying this one, its easy to use and very straightforward I cant fault it.

I downloaded this program, it converted quite quickly and then burnt it to DVD, but when I went to play it there was no sound, the last thing I burnt to DVD was fine, when I checked the files there was one for audio and one for video the video had got all the stuff I had put on the disc but the audio was empty, so I am assuming that it didnt do the sound at all.

I downloaded this but couldnt get it working shame as it sounded good when I read all about it.

I downloaded this but it wouldnt burn to DVD without the burning thing and when I tried to download this even though I would have paid for it I couldnt get it to download.

I didnt purchase this item but did download it to try and Im glad that I did, although it works at a reasonable rate, it will only do rewriteable discs, and as at the moment I do not have any of these, I wont look into purchasing it, I did go onto their support page on the web but it was blank I waited and still nothing so I went back and unistalled this item, it is pretty easy to use though, but I want something that will use DVDs of the R+ Type as well as rewritables and as I couldnt get any help with this, that is why I only give it 3 stars and cant really recommend it

I tried this item and thought that it was ok but wanted more, so I purchased the Video DVD Maker Pro from the same company, big mistake, when I first tried to use it, it transcoded for over 5hrs, so I shut it down uninstalled it and reinstalled it this time it wouldnt do the job said that there wasnt enough disc space, and this morning it wouldnt open at all as it couldnt find it, I am now executing a case through PayPal for a full refund and have ininstalled this item, I tried to get help from their web site I filled in the form and clicked send but it came up with access denied, so what is the point of programme that you cant use and cant get any help with.
