Somehow an insidious and pesky infection called UCleaner or UDefender showed up on my computer--incessant pop-ups, etc. I saw a suggestion to try smitfraud and I am happy to say that smitfraud worked perfectly. Thank you for developing such a program, and I salute your generosity in providing it as freeware.
