This was decent software until they started asking to donate them money nearly every second time i open the software. client isn't even that much better than others.
+ additional add ons
+ can run in any os that supports java.
-adds. what ever you want to call them (trailers etc) they are still adds.
- power hungry. If my qx9650 prosessor cannot stop 99 files of 100 to not download without software going "not responding" over 10s i would say it is not very well coded. This is just one example and one of the worst cases.
- when watching adds (trailers) it disables aero in vista which makes it useless to watch trailers with.
There is many other torrent clients that are way better than this one. i mainly ran this software because of add ons. Begging money (on startup) is just annoying if your client is so many ways inferior to others. i would advice vuze users to try other clients like utorrent and bitcomet and choose the best.

Every antivirus has itīs cons and proīs, but when you get antivirus for free you canīt really complain things like user interface if it can do what you want. Interface can be changed btw.
In short Avast! is one of the best antivirus i have used. F-secure was just terrible (deleted outlooks inbox when it had one virus{happened like ~6 years ago but still}). Also avast found few trojans that f-secure didnīt found. So f-secure was just taking my computers juice for nothing...
One of my favorite features is avast screensaver which scans your hd:s when computer is on screensaver. When i first started to use avast, norton or f-secure didnt have this feature. This means avast wont use your hard drive more than it needs thus making your computer usage alot faster compared to situation when antivirus needs to scan your hard drive when you use it (unless you have good ssd).
I have installed avast to more than 6 computers and only one had troubles, but those were hardware related problems (adaptec raid card didnt work well with motherboard).
I give 4 because they didnīt give me any real support, even if your software is freeware you should at least be intrested what is wrong with it.
havenīt tried out the latest version, but for now this is best tool to transfere files from your linux computer to windows if you are not on lan.
Most usefull if you have samba on your linux pc and that way easyly save your files to linux machine even if your "main" computer has windows. Then you just need usb stick and move winscp to it. Then only only limit is your internet connection and linux machines hdd.
Only flaw i had was that i didnt get anyother resolution exept 1024x. Fedora, opensuse and many others wotn even lauch xwindows. Other distros complain something about chipset...
But every codec i needed was there and games/software in cnr worked like a charm. unfortunately there is not that many games and best one i tried was quake 2. But most of them are free and only one click away.
I still have to charge one star for not having support on my d850gb motherboardīs chipset which meant i could not change resoltion.
for opera i give 5... i have to try this new build to rate it but what i saw in 7740 build it was pretty mutch beta.. browser crashed when watching video, widgets worked slower when newest flash was installed (pandora didnt work after flash patch)... and propably more but thats for starters. There are no such problems in full versio only for beta ... so for beta i would give about 3― since it has such a cool new features like pandora widget. When all these problems are fixed it is full 5 software =) a greate piece of art.
