I have been very happy with DVD Author. Very easy to use.
I want to upgrade to DVD Author Pro so that I can do frame-accurate editing, but the web site will not accept my serial number for DVD Author. It will only accept a shorter serial number than what I have. Tmpg-inc does not respond to my questions regarding this, so I must either pay full price or not upgrade.
So, I'm happy with the product, but not happy that I have to pay full price for the upgrade, and not happy that they do not respond to my questions about the upgrade problem.
