Elecard MPEG2 Player is a software-only MPEG-1 and MPEG-2 player. It is capable of decoding and displaying full-quality D1 resolution (720x480 @ 30fps for NTSC, 720x576 @ 25fps for PAL) video streams in real-time on Pentium II 450MHz equiped with a DirectX compatible video card supporting YUV overlays (and most of them do).

A great shareware tool for viewing eg. SuperVideoCD streams on a standalone PC!
