Jfuse allows you to merge or split Media Files together and provides an organized interface to keep track of all of your media files with the ability to play them through your favorite media player.
The merging feature allows you put movie or music files together and splitting allows you to take only wanted parts of the audio/video files or to split the files over multiple CDs.
