I use this software a lot. I have other programs that I use also. but what I like about this software is you know it will always work. <br/> I have a difficult time with the renew license ever year, but when a program works like this it makes it all worth the cost. <br/> I have had no trouble with the support of this program.
DVD43 doesn't work on Vista. You'll spend $150 if you want to copy movies on Vista. Use DVDFab for free and don't waste your money. LG Software Innovations customer service is the worst. They will not give refunds under any circumstances. Why can't they figure out how to deactivate registration numbers and give refunds when customers ask for them. Because they don't want to that's why, they'd rather keep your money even if you can't use their software. I didn't want to spend another $70 on anyDVD decryptor.

Best DVD Copy Software on the market for any price. Its easy and updates are always available quickly.
The very first time I used the software it did not work then it gives a list of about 50 reasons why it won't work.
i have used 1 click dvd copy 5 now for three years and i am very happy with it i dont mind paying for ugrades because i know i will get good results.

Beware this program work real well...but it will cost you, they charge you every year to keep getting the updates. I used it for about 2 years, it worked good but I feel its ashame that they keep charging you to stay up-to-date. So beware that you will fall in love with this program and find yourself paying too much in the end.
