Do you copy and paste a lot of text and images? If you do, Free Clipboard Manager may be a very useful tool for you. Basically, every time you copy a chunk of text in an application, or copy an image, or press the printscr key - this tool will save that content locally.
You could, for example, save thousands of images this way simply by copying them to the clipboard.
The saved content can also be accessed with explorer. Everything is saved in the directory "clipboard". The software also has an option to prevent user/password to be saved to HDD.
The software is technically freeware, but does have a small nag screen asking you to donate to the project at start-up.
