GCFScape is a small tool that makes it possible to browse and export Source engine games' material files, the GCF files.
This tool is especially useful for modmakers, who might want to extract useful game sounds, models or other materials.
In addition to .gcf files, GCFScape also supports Half-Life .bps, .ncf, .pak, .vpk, .wad and .xzp files.
GCFScape features a Windows Explorer like directory tree for gcf files, and it should be fairly easy to extract materials to a desired location.
The program requires .NET Framework to run.
