Digi-Annotator is a simple utility for adding notes to digital images.
The freeware tool has added more features over time, including the ability to create digital e-cards from your photos and e-mailing them directly from digi-annotator.
You can resize graphic images, annotate it (such as adding a watermark), chanfe the borders and then convert it to another format, save it or print it.
