You can perform basic image editing tasks such as crop, rotate, resize, shear and more. You can easily maneuver layers, adjust layer opacity, change layer visibility, autocrop layers, rename layers, delete layers and so on.
ImageMaster has a selection of Paint tools inlcuding airbrush, eraser, dodge, burn and so forth.
