Photo Magician is a fast freeware batch image converter and resizer. It is designed to be easy to use. You just need to select the input folder, the profile you want to use and select the options you want to apply. It has also a quick convert mode where you just need to drag and drop images onto the application. It can resize 1,000 images to 50% in 34 seconds on a Pentium 4 2.8 GHz with best image quality.
