Folder Merger is a free tool that can be used to merge the contents of multiple large folders into one.
To start, you have to put all folders you want to merge to a separate directory. Then browse it through "Browse root directory", choose a destination folder & press "Merge now".
Note that you will need .NET framework installed on Windows XP.
