Power Tab Librarian is a program for managing Power Tab tablatures. It scans selected folders, detects the .ptb files and lists their information in a database where they can be easily searched and edited.
Note that this program only lists the tabs and keeps them in order. For viewing or editing Power Tab files, you will need Power Tab Editor.
