RoboTask can automate a combination of tasks on your computer to simplify your work.

Tasks vary widely, including simply launching applications, to checking email, moving or backing up files to uploading or downloading, sending email and much more.

It is a very robust task automation tool. Here is a video explaining how it work.

NOTE: This is a full functional trial, but there is also a limited freeware version called RoboTask Lite available.
