ShadowExplorer enables user to view Shadow Copies of files created by Windows 7, Windows 8 and Windows Vista Volume Shadow Copy Service.
Windows creates point-in-time copies of files on your computer regularly, which allows you to retrieve the files later if they are accidentally deleted or corrupted in some way.
For users of Home or Premium versions of Windows, you cannot view these Shadow Copies directly, but ShadowExplorer makes it possible to do so.
NOTE: This portable version doesn't include an installer.
