Windows TopMost Control can set Windows to be "topmost" on your Desktop, even if the application doesn't offer the ability.
It sits in the system tray and makes it possible to set any Windows that is open on your Desktop to be TopMost. If you need something to always sit over all over Windows then this tool can help, or it can stop certain apps from always being topmost.
If you don’t want to use tray menu , you can use the Ctrl + Alt + Space shortcut to lock your currently selected window to the top level of your screen .
