OutlookAttachView from NirSoft is a freeware utility that scans all the messages you have stored in your Outlook application.

From this scan, OutlookAttachView will list all of the attachments contained within the messages. From the list, you can easily select multiple attachments and save them into a desired folder.

You can also delete attachments using OutlookAttachView but be warned that it will remove the attachment completely from the Outlook message, not just the list.

You can also save the detailed list of attachments as text file, HTML, XML or CSV file.

This software runs on all Windows between (and including) Windows 2000 and Windows 7, and with Microsoft Outlook 2003, 2007 and 2010. It does not work with Outlook Express.

Note: This is the 64-bit version of OutlookAttachView that you will need if you are using the 64-bit version of Outlook 2010. If you are using an older or 32-bit version of the software, then get the 32-bit version here instead.
