phpDesigner is an IDE for web application developement. Like the name suggests, it focuses mainly on PHP but like most other similiar IDEs, phpDesigner is also a full-featured HTML, CSS and JavaScript editor.
The program includes code completion and code tips, project manager, PHP debugging with live error detection and auto formatting of code. phpDesigner also has remote FTP editing, so that you don't have to download/upload the source file all the time. For alternative project management, it also supports TortoiseSVN.
phpDesigner features also syntax highlighting and code libraries not only for PHP, HTML, CSS and JavaScript, but also for SQL, VBScript, Java ,C#, Perl, Python, Ruby and Smarty.
The user interface is highly customizable, allowing different themes, draggable toolbars and panels and layout saving.
