HTML Kit is basically an HTML editor with wide customization possibilities.

There is a large library of plugins for HTML Kit on its official site. Available plugins vary from interface customizations to language packs. Plugins can be also easily created by everyone, and the web site provides a five-step tutorial helping with starting to create them.
