Net Disabler is a freeware tool that can quickly block Internet access by disabling network devices, or through other methods.
It is a very simple tool to use with a straight forward interface. There are three options:
You can select any of those options and then click apply. A menu button will let you decide what network adapters are disabled (if you have 'Disable devices' selected). Once you click Apply, the Internet connection will effectively be disabled.
To reverse the change, simply untick the options and click Apply.
