NetResView is a freeware tool from NirSoft that displays resources available on your local area network.
Amongst other things, it can list all visible computers, network drives and printer shares across the network. It displays all of the resources from all domains and workgroups in one screen.
NetResView serves as something of an alternative to My Network Places in Windows.
It is compatible with Windows versions up to Windows 7.
